Ranking for domain valuation

Paul,
That's a really good idea! I just need to build the technology to do it....which is always a pain....
The way that we valued the domains was that my two partners and I separately estimated the value of the domain and then we took the average....only a little bit of science but it seemed to produce some reasonably sensible numbers. - Whizzbang

For another time it might be interesting for you to publish a list of domains you anticipate selling and asking people to rank them in order of value. No dollar amounts, just ranked from best to worst.

I say this because when I look at the lists I really can't see any obvious rational for the pricing. I presume you would not be selling if they paid their way with parking income, so the values are based on other factors.

I'm afraid I find most "Good", "Better", "Best" discussions of domains long on opinion and short on substance.
