Excellent point...I've always lived by the word Diversify, so simple but the Gold Rush almost always over takes some peoples common sense. 2. Is so simple yet ignored, don't do...understand first what you will be doing, where there is knowledge the is power and if the passion usually there success follows...a lot of people park and have no clue to what they read on there control panel just look for the $$$......on the money Michael! 3. People truly don't realize real estate being a condo, a home, land or a domain name is an Asset Buy, Hold/Sell & Prosper! 4. Profiteers work & earn off ones fears....and alot let them... 5. Yes! He said to me that as far as he was concerned there has not been a better time for buying domain names than RIGHT NOW since the 90's. I for one think he is spot on! Many people are cashing out of their domains due to financial challenges etc and there are some great names going for low prices (IMHO). What will we all be saying 5 or 10 years for now??? I should have bought some more domains back in 2008 when I had the chance maybe?? Time will tell. But as far as I am concerned, "There is nothing to fear except fear itself!" PS.
