Hi Michael,
I bought a "site"
www.confientsales.com (I made the name up myself)
from
www.corporatebuildingsolutions.com I thought I was buying a domain. (I'm new to this) They want me to pay X amount of $$ for advertising on my site per year. I can buy more "traffic" (or clicks) per month, but I have to pay more for more people to visit my site.
thier Q & A explains it's below... I took the most relevant question. Is this normal to pay for this adverting?
Thanks,
Dave
Q: How do I make money with these programs?
A: By developing an effective advertising campaign to generate referrals. Simply
entice visitors to your website and when they make a purchase or participate with
one of your Affiliate Networks, YOU GET PAID!
Q: Who will help me with advertising?
A: We have a staff of trained and experienced professionals standing by, ready
to assist you, simply call for an Advertising Consultant. ***(this consultant tried for an hour to get me to max out my CC)***
Q: Do I have to spend thousands of dollars on Advertising to make money
in this business?
A: No, there are many ways to advertise your business, both free and paid. You
will be assigned an Advertising Consultant who will assist you with getting your
advertising out to millions of people on-line.
Q: Why would someone go through my site, rather than just logging into
the company directly?
A: As an affiliate, you act as a “doorway” to the major company. When a
prospect “clicks” your website advertisement, they are sent directly to the major
company’s website. When the referral prospect does business, the Affiliate
Company will pay you a commission for monies spent.
