I've just gotten started in Domaining and i've already just registered a few names that i thought would be nice and got them parked at Sedo. Theyre not doing much (well anything at this point) and thought i might get some of your tips on a couple of things:

Firstly, does anyone have any basic tips to get some traffic to some brand new domains? i think they should be OK, nothing amazing but at least a couple of hits per week would be nice.. some examples are: www.excellentrebate.com or www.growshares.com , im getting nothing- zip.

Secondly, i'd like to purchase some low earners, just some domains that are earning $5 to $10 per week as a way to get some revenue streams up and running.
-How much should i expect to pay for a domain of this kind?
-How do i confirm it ability to earn that amount of money before i buy it?
-where is a good place to start looking?

Sadly it's unlikely that domains that are parked will increase in traffic.

I've had a good read through the above series, thanks heaps- they're great, keep them coming. However, I'm very new to this industry and have so far been unable to really figure out a consistent, simple and accurate method of checking on a sites advertised or quoted traffic. Screenshots are one thing (when supplied, but this is not always the case), but what if there is no screenshot provided, just a quoted traffic figure ie. those supplied by tdnam.com or sedo auctions. How do i check if these traffic figures are accurate myself before considering?

This is a HUGE impediment to me getting on with my journey, any advice would be greatly appriciated.
