I've just hit my desk again after the Christmas rush of friends, family and lots of fun! Just prior to Christmas I petitioned domainers to consider donating to a charity called "Acres of Love" which provides high quality care for abanoned HIV/AIDS infants and children.

As anticipated the domaining community have opened their hearts and their wallets. So far $400 has been raised! I say, so far because for those of you that have not had a chance to donate then there is still some time. I will close off this seasons donation "drive" on the 2nd of January and announce the grand total then.
I know that "Acres of Love" desparately needs a corporate sponsor for the ongoing work that they are conducting in Africa. If any of the parking companies, registrars or domain support companies would be interested in establishing a goodwill charity then I highly recommend "Acres". Give me a call if you are interested in changing a childs life.
